@enamelladt could be a bearing or a motor situation. You will have to take it apart and see if you can narrow it down. Use this guides Dremel MultiPro 395 to work on it and once you get to the parts post your own images with your question. that way we can see what you see and hopefully assist you further. Adding images to an existing question
