I dropped it in a pool

I dropped it in a pool it wouldn't turn on so I put it in rice over night a few months later I got it to turn on idk how but it was working fine but it wouldn't charge idk why and it died and won't turn on any not even to show the battery symbol I need help

In general it will be more economically feasible to replace the device. However, if money isn’t a factor, and the data on the device isn’t important, then you might roll the dice and see what happens. Start by ordering a new battery and charge port—overlay both following iFixit guides and see if the device will charge the new battery with the new port. If so, fully install. If not, then decide whether or not you want to learn microsoldering to address logic board charging issues.
