Caller Can't Hear Me When I'm On Speaker Phone

Hello,

When I try to have a conversation while using the speaker phone function the caller always says they can not hear me.

Do you know what piece I should replace to correct this?

Now smartphones have several microphones, iPhone 7 has a microphone next to the earpiece and is a flex that comes with front camera and light sensor.

Make sure that the little hole for the earpiece is not blocked with dirt. If is clean the best option is replacement of that flex cable.

People cant hear me on speaker. It just started doing this last night. I can hear them good. It is a smart phone. It does not come apart. I just tried cleaning the 3 holes and mic. Hole. But when it started doing it last night. I was trying send a voice text on that Mic. Please help me..
