low cellular signal after replacing part?

so i replace the speaker on my iphone 4. after that my signal for att has been very weak and it keeps dropping calls. my wifi and Bluetooth work perfectly fine. was wondering what can i do to fix it. wifi antenna attached to speakers one of the screw got lost, is that problem.

Could you clarify what screw is missing? Also are any of the metal feet that make contact with the logic board missing?

Below is an image of my iPhone antenna bridge. The feet that help with overall reception and connectivity are circled, note that i am missing the middle one due to taking my iPhone apart too many times when i didn't know what i was doing :P

Have you made sure that the antenna is securely connected to the logic board?
