P2370hd screen dies after few seconds. How do I replace inverter?

After I turn it on after a few seconds the screen goes black like the backlight died.

Niw I saw this and though yeah my inverter must be bad.

The monitor shows the image for 2-3secs then turns black

My question now is.

What does the part look like, Where do I get the part, and how do I remove and replace the part?

Is what I'm point to in the picture it?

Hi ,

Does this problem occur on all signal input types?

Here’s a link to the service manual for the monitor.

To download the file, click on the “I’m not a robot” reCaptcha checkbox, below the Document preview box and then click on Go to Download

When the sentence below the Document preview box changes from This file is downloadable free of charge (5/day): ...processing... to This file is downloadable free of charge (5/day): Download (samsung chassis lem22ds p2270hd p2370hd) click on Download.

Be patient as it takes a little while to find the file.

In the manual there are troubleshooting flowcharts showing what to check in the event of power problems when using the different signal input types. There are also schematics which may be of some help.

Station Ghast  Looks like the ribbon cables that connect the LCD driver board have failed. Those are actually considered part of the panel since the ribbon cables are bonded to the LCD panel in a special manner. You may need to consider a replacement panel from another TV to repair this.

Of course if it is just my old eyes or a bad shadow on those ribbon cables and they are really not torn, then the issue is either your power board or your backlight array not the board you are pointing to. You’d have to remove the sheet metal over those boards and post some pictures of those.
