Can I put the working interior of my iPhone x in another body

I recently dropped my iPhone x while skating. It still turns on no problem, but the screen is cracked and at the bottom its bent ever so slightly. unable to swipe up as the bottom half is unresponsive. Otherwise the phone itself seems to be in working order. Is it possible to remove the “guts” (sorry for the gore) of my broken phone and put them in the body of another iphone X, say one thats factory locked and so the person is selling it for $100?

Sure you can. Why not?

You will probably lose your touch ID if you replace the display.

As long as they are the same model the parts should theoretically work together. The factory lock and serial number are probably tied to the logic board.
