Problems taking Battery out

I’ve taken back off of my MacBook Pro to try to take battery out won’t just pull by tab out ... what do I do to take out

I’m 71 be gentle ... lol

@lyn32744 - Can you tell us your exact system as Apple has a few different systems which have different ways to take the battery out. Besides, you'll need a new battery won't you?
