Where can purchase SATA hd case.
Is there a place that I can order case/guide for me to place the hard drive in it before I put the drive into the hard drive space?

You need Apple part #922-5290, for the MDD machine. Both hard drive areas use the same carrier. Do some shopping on this part because it's cost can amount to more than half what you can get the whole machine for.
