My tcl tv volume is increasing/decreasing itself?

I have TCL tv and its been for little over an year. It has suddenly started creating problem with the volume increase/decrease itself majorly. However sometimes it does navigate itself as well. Any solution? TIA

Options

USMAN ASHRAF  turn you rTV on and then remove the battery from your remote. See if that stops those things. If so you know it is the remote. If it does not stop you most likely have an issue with the IR board on your TV.
