None of the buttons working, and there is a blue box around task bar

I took a screenshot, and now I can't use any of the buttons (including the soft buttons), and there is a blue box around the task bar. I can't shut it off, pull down the task bar, or receive calls or texts. I CAN take a screenshot, and scroll on the screen. It's stuck on the web browser.

EDIT: I still have no idea what that was, but I was able to hard shut off, and it works now!

This is late, but I'll just leave it here anyway, the same thing happened to my dad trying to take a screenshot and he might've missed.

All you need to do for anyone looking is to hold on the Volume Up + Power button until you get a pop-up saying the thing was disabled. (: 3s should do the trick & hope anyone seeing this takes care xoxo

Sounds like you had voice over on, which is an aid for users with visual impairment.

If I remember correctly you activate and deactivate it by triple tapping the home button.

To get started press first number of password then voice will say double tap. Continue with rest of password double tap after every number plus ok. This should open tablet. Then press volume button turn off voice assistant. Worked for me.
