Airpods opened, just need 1 guidance/help? PLEASE READ

Hi.

I wanted to make Gold Airpods and so I opened my Airpods.

The Black tape like thing, what is it called ?

I have broken one from the center, which connectors the spearker board to the main board. Can i Solder it ? Tape it or fix it somehow ?

Options

If the connector has been teared, the damage is irreversible. Unless you know how to do some serious micro soldering, but it’s really difficult to fix it. And it’s unlikely that they sell those parts (maybe you can find it somewhere, but won’t be easy).
