2010 MacBook Pro system report says no battery present

when i unplug my 2010 macbook pro it will turn off, i have done an smc reset and pram reset, it doesnt show the battery icon at the top of the screen either. I have searched around the internet for any fixes and none helped.

On the left side of the uppercase body is a battery checker how many LED’s do you see lighting up?

Then your battery is not charging or is bad. What does the MagSafe LED show you Green or Amber when you plug it in?

You need a new battery ;-{ The microController within the battery is not working and as such the battery can't get charged.
