Help identifying two SMD components on 2014 Mac Mini A1347 EMC 2840

Hi all,

I’ve gotten my hands on a 2014 mac mini board number 820-5509A. It doesn’t power on at all and I think I’ve found the reason why. Two components are missing from the board. I would like to buy them and solder on the board. Problem is I can’t find schematics anywhere for the mac mini! I’ve attached a photo to indicate the components I need to identify. Appreciate the help! Thanks.

The upper capacitor (marked with a curved arrow) is a 1uF/25V (ceramic, 10%, 0402), and the other one is 2.2uF/16V (ceramic, 10%, 0402).

Thank you so much Lucas! I've taken one 1uF/25V (ceramic, 10%, 0402) from a donor board.... and I've got my hands on a 2.2uF/16V (ceramic, 10%, 0603) as well.... slightly larger case size but I've plenty of space so will solder those two on and report back! Thanks again.

charles, there are no schematics for the Mac Mini available anywhere. you will need to take some measurements from either a donor board or have somebody somewhere check theirs for you.

Thanks, I'm guessing they are capacitors of some sort as they are brown... not black which would typically indicate a resistor. If anyone has a board they can measure up and tell me what it is would be very appreciated. Thanks!
