Poor 2011 MacBook Pro battery life after replacing battery

Hello I was wondering if anyone could tell me why my im have some issues with my battery. I replaced my battery in my Macbook around August of 2018 and have been have troubles with it ever since. After reviewing my Coconut app Stats it states that the cycle counts are at 79 and the design capacity is at 35.8%???? Why would this me so lopsided so early?

I would contact the company who sold you the battery for a replacement as its clearly a bad battery.
