Why is the microwave still humming when door is closed

I have a GE convo. microwave mod: PVM9179DF1BB. IT MAKES A HUMMING NOISE AFTER DOOR IS SHUT & ITEM IS FINISHING HEATING. STOPS WHEN DOOR IS OPEN

@mimi1925 “STOPS WHEN DOOR IS OPEN “could be a loose door or door switch. You may need to check on it. If that is not where the noise comes from it is possible that this a power supply or similar part that vibrates because it is coming loose.
