Why my htc m9 doesn't power on after replacing the battery?

My HTC One M9 battery got empty, then it didn’t charge when plug it to charger it light up and display the battery logo with 0% then turn off. So I replaced the battery, but after replacing it the device also doesn’t charge or even display the battery logo and when I try to turn it on it vibrate then the screen lights up and blinking and half the screen is black and other part is white then is turn off again. If anyone can help me and know what’s wrong I would be very grateful.

hi

did you check the screen cable maybe he is not tight in his place

try to tight all cables in their connectors and charge the phone
