phone not turning on, says support.apple.com/iPhone/restore

Everytime i try to turn my phone on the screen says support.apple.com/iphone/restore, and it’s extremely annoying. I’ve tried holding the power button and the volume down button multiple times but still nothing. The itunes thing has also been attempted and nothing. I give up. Is there ANYTHING I could possibly do?

There are a few things I would try. Not sure what you meant by iTunes thing.

1.       Make sure you have the latest version of iTunes installed and a good lightning cable.

2.       Download (3UTools) and try restoring or updating.

3.       Put your phone in DFU mode and try restoring with iTunes.

Let us know the outcome.

There are a few things related that issues that can be fixed by following steps.

1.       iTunes is the source to find that problem so restore via iTunes with latest version.

2.       See Error if not happen there is two sector for repair. One is baseband and other is NFC related issues.

3.      Both cases have different symptoms if the shut down message popup means that the issues of baseband related.

4. If 3 no message not shows and not activate means that is the problem of NFC.

Better put the snap that is best for solution find.
