My 46 in RCA Model Number 46LA45RQ Is having issues powering on?

When I get home everyday the tv will not power on. I will unplug it, wait 10 minutes, hold down power button, then plug it in. Sometimes that works and sometimes I have to try it 5-10 times. When I first plug it in the red light comes on. After I hold down the power button for 10 seconds it turns blue, then will completely go out. No lights at all. I have to unplug and restart the process if this happens. Just trying to determine if this is in fact the power board or something else?

Well if you are a tech savvy person you can fix this yourself, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=no_e1kq6... if you do not think you can do it you can purchase a new board. That is what it looks like problem is.

I'll probably just go ahead and order the board. I'm going to open up the back after work and make sure it looks the same. Just to be safe. I'll keep you posted. I appreciate the help. I was feeling very unsure of myself.
