How do you get rid of voice over?

I accidently turned voice over on,but now I dont know how to get rid of it. I don't know to how get the screen to go down. I have tried many times. I just can't get it right! Please help!

Wendy, use itunes. To turn accessibility features on or off In iTunes

Connect iPhone or iPod touch to your computer.

In iTunes, select your device.

In the Summary pane, click Configure Universal Access in the Options section.

iTunes Summary tab

Select the accessibility features that you want to use and click OK.

Wendy was right; when voice over is on, you absolutely cannot scroll down! A royal pain. So the answer about synching your phone is what you have to do. Thanks so much to whoever answered Wendy's question, because you helped me too.

I scrolled by selecting the bottom item, then hitting the back button, and then the next lowest bottom button, to finally get there (it took a few tries). When I finally got to the page it says flick three fingers to scroll.

How can I GET RID for ever from voice over? three to five time a day I activate accidentally the voice over on. So my question is how can I uninstall this app? it doesn't make any sense this app. Apple don't get it, they will keep losing market share if they keep doing bullshit.
