Neff K39 1/4 tube replacement in water dispenseri

I have a neff k39 fridge freezer. The 1/4 pipe for the water dispenser has snapped as it enter the freezer door. I am trying to replace it and have removed the door cover to get access to the dispenser unit. Ive removed all the screws around the dispenser unit. However the whole unit will not pull out. Is this unit stuck on adhesive pads. I dont want to damage it by applying too much force. Any help appreciated.
