iPhone 6 When on loud Speaker the recipient can not hear me

Phone works good on everything including calls . but if I use loudspeaker then i can here them but they cant here me do i need to replace anything if so what please driving me mad .

Clean the hole of the mic and while on menu press volume button that shows speaker volume or headphone volume.If the headphone with volume shows that is the problem of headphone flex.
