Stand by only. Tv doesn't turn on. 16 months of use. Source voltages 3.3v and 12v only. Totally inoperative. Any suggestions on the cause of this problem? Thanks , Jandir

@jandir okay so this is a bit confusing for my old brain. I need some clarification. What does this "Only stand by" mean? Does this "Tv doesn't care. 16 months of use" mean that the TV is only 16month old? Where did you measure this " Source voltages 3.3v and 12v only"? So now tell us what happens when you plug your TV and try to start it. Do you have any blinking power LED or any sign of life? Next you want to remove the back from your TV and post some GOOD pictures of your boards with your question. That way we can se what you see. Adding images to an existing question

Check inside for leaked capacitors (google for images) and replace them.
