When your phone is stuck at the logo screen, it is usually a sign that the phone is having problems loading the software from the built-in flash memory. If a simple restart does not fix your issue, you may need to wipe the device. Here are some instructions on how to complete that process (NOTE: this will erase all personal data from the phone).
