My iphone 6s has been disabled and says i need to connect to itunes. however when i attempt to connect the cable to my pc it does not charge or respond only vibrates 4 times. i have tried multiple cables and multiple pc’s. any help would be greatly appreciated thank you.

You may have a faulty lightning assembly..I’d try replace that part as first thing, it’s between cable and board, would be the more reasonable and cheapest repair attempt.

do you fell as if this will work because it can charge perfectly fine from any other source?
@Harry Weston Of course I can't be sure, but power and data travel on different circuits. It might as well be a board issue but in my opinion it would be worth trying, considering the modest replacement costs. If that wouldn't work, a board repair may be needed. You mentioned trying different cables..hope an original or MFi certified was already tried with the iPhone.
