Why won't my game work?

So I've had my PS3 since 2013 and it works fine for everything except BO2. I've replaced the game twice (2 NEW DIFFERENT DISCS) and the game won't load up. My first copy was about 4 years old but about 2 weeks ago I bought a new copy and it did the same, freeze when the Activision loading screen popped up. Last night I got another disc and it did the same. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the game and that won't work either. Restored the file system, cleaned all 3 discs and none work. I can't restore the system to default settings because I have old banned accounts on there that have DLC and I'm NOT &&^&^$^ buying it again. It's over $500 worth, so if I restore the system I'll lose the DLC and can't re-download any of it because my accounts that have it are banned.
