Requesting assistance: BIT size

Hello! I have purchased ,Item code: IF163-054-2, battery with the screw driver set, of the bits which is too big for fan screws. Now I am thinking of purchasing ,Item code: IF145-299-4 ,screw driver bits set. Since I am not familiar with the bits names, I assume I need 3mm Torx one, the one that looks like a star. My question is do you think the set has the 3 mm star head? I am not sure what does T3,T2 stand for exactly. Thank you!

Answer this question I have this problem too

If you work through the original question, it was more about whether or not a T3 bit is included in the iFixit bit driver set IF145-299-4

@geekittogether I understand but there is nothing on this machine that uses a T3. I have only used that bit once on the newer Touch bar models.

@mayer Oh, I see. I missed that detail!

The T stands for Torx

Not to be confused with the 5-point star ones called pentalobe
