My Screen is not turning on after being replaced.

I have an iPad Pro 12.9 3rd Gen, I had a cracked screen but the lcd was still all good. I replaced the everything even the lcd but the screen wont turn on. Did i mess something up?

Hi @geotechatl

The iPad Pro 12.9 has a history of shorting out the connector if the LCD assembly is plugged in while the iPad is on. You can easily check for this type of damage by removing any tape around the connector and looking for failed components (turning black, some smoke).

If this is your issue, I recommend putting the broken screen back on the device and bringing it to apple for an out-of-warranty replacement.
