Screen replacement Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10.5 SM-T800

Hi all,

I have a Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10.5 SM-T800 which has a cracked touch screen, can this be replaced or will the whole screen (LCD & digitiser) need replacing, as I know some models do and some dont.
