Coloured ink is not working properly

I have finally got black ink, I put a new colour ink in too. I can finally print with black, but the colour is not good. Instead of red I get yellow. I want to print photos. My printer is actually similar to the Canon Pixma MG3550 I have Canon Pixma MG2220.
