changed digitizer-now phone misstype's

i just changed my iPhone 3gs digitizer and now when i type ,,,, it give's a different letter ...when i try to open a application -- it open the one right next to it ....the lcd is feeling my sense in other places on the screen ....

what to do ?

could it be a software issue ?

should i reinstall iOS ?

try reset..press and hold power and home for 10 seconds until the apple appears, then allow to reboot. if that doesn't work then check you have ordered the right part and not a 3G screen, turn phone off and check connector 2 is on properly.
