Spots on my photos, and my lens and reflctor are clean

What could the problem be? I was told it might be the sensor, but how do I clean that?

you might want to check the Owner Manual for "bright spots" and how to reset the camera to factory default settings before attempting to disassemble your unit. A copy of the manual in PDF format can be obtained at the following link:

@kenuto if everything checks out than it is possible that this is caused by dust etc on the CCD sensor. Let us know if you are up to replacing it. Cost is around $70USD
