Why is my iPad keep turning off while charging at 1%

so my iPad is dead, and I charge it. every single time when it hits 1% it start the ipad. and then it just turns off because the battery ran out. and then when it charge to 1% it just goes in a loop

It might be simply the battery worn out and doesn’t take charge anymore. Make also sure you’re using the right charger, a 1A charger as that for the iPhone wouldn’t be enough to charge an iPad flat battery. Both possibilties would produce the symptoms you’re describing.

Thank you! I was using my iphone charger to charge my dead battery ipad, which wasn't working. Got my problem solved.

Try powering it off quickly when it turns on, and wait a little while before finally turning it back on. Your iPad should now have more charge to keep working
