Sony Bravia KD-49XD8005 backlight issues after Main Board repair

I recently tried to repair my Sony Bravia (model KD-49XD8005) which had no power. I installed a new Main Board and updated the firmware which fixed the issue. Although now I am facing a new problem:

Some of the LED’s in the back light are not turned on. It is three spots in the bottom of the screen, spaced evenly (see image)

First off I was able to twist the TV slightly and they blinked and turned on. But as I put it back on the stand and on my table they were back to being turned off. Therefor I am thinking it might be a loose connection, possibly after my repair.

Although I don’t know where to start checking, so my question is if you have any advice on where to start based on my current findings?
