The nav option says CD error and dvd won't come out.

Can you fix the dvd navigation and eject button?

See if there is a small hole to insert a paperclip to eject CD. You can see an example of the hole on the front of a computer's DVD or CD player

I have seen this happen once on a cassette tape deck. There was absolutely nothing you could do to make the deck eject the cassette.

Try resetting the power to the unit by disconnecting the vehicle’s negative battery cable for a few minutes to an hour or do the computer reset process. When you reconnect the battery and turn the car on, it may eject the disc or the nav unit may begin to work properly again.

Thanks. I tried that and even took out the unit but to no help. Thanks for your help.

@madahaka If your at a complete loss, I would just find another head unit, install it and make sure it works, then dismantle or break the old unit apart carefully to retrieve the disc.
