Why are the top of my image are black?

Why are the top of my image are black?

(im using the mini 9 but i could not find it) so… the top of my photos are alot darker than the the rest of the photo

Just from what is being provided, it's possible that you're capturing the opening/closing of the shutter. That's the only thing that makes sense to me. OR, the film was somehow exposed only the top half. I'd wait until this pack is over, and try another pack to see if the same result comes up. If not, then it isn't because of the pack being exposed — at least.
