When I plug my Nintendo on the tv the screen is blue.

i have a supernitendo I bought all new cables, power AC , AV and HDMI but when I plug to the tv and turn the Nintendo on , the screen is blue…

If the unit has been bought used, then it might be an idea to open it up and clean/reseat any connectors that are present. Also look for damaged components, heat marks, loose wires etc.

Obvious question though, have you tried hooking up the unit to anything besides your TV? Maybe try a HDMI compitable monitor if you have one. Also try another HDMI input connector if the TV supports more than one.

Ohhh....just thought. Do you have to be tuned in on a specific channel for those units (usually used to be channel 3 or4 back in the day but check your owner's manual to be sure) There may also be a channel selector on the Nintendo itself so that will also have to be set to the same channel that the TV is set for.
