My ipod got wet & I didn't know about it being wet. At first it didn't unlock. So i googled what to do ; & they said to restart itunes & everything. That's what i did. But it still didn't work. the next day ; i see a white screen with water. So I figured the ipod was wet. I left it in a bag of rice for the night. The next day It was still the same. What should I do Now?

Zoua, start with this guide and reevaluate once you got this accomplished. Rice works in the very "acute" phase, but only limited since it wont pull liquid and moisture deep from the inside of your device. Also remember that rice swells when wet so any of the rice inside the dock connector or headphone jack may just become a problem to remove. good luck and let us know how it is going.
