usb dissconnect high power device

Keeps showing High power device please disconnect USB showing bottom right even with nothing at all connected at all

weird, in case you haven’t disconnect the power and press the power button on the right back (if it’s like mine) to make sure it’s drained and plug back in. you could also try cleaning the USB port with something wood or plastic such as a tooth pick, and also update the firmware which can be done via wifi I think around the device info or support section in the settings.
