iPhone 6S U1500 HHD NAND and IC's logic board question

Hello every one,

I really appreciate this grate opportunity to ask, I’m a newbie on this.

I buy an iPhone 6S with a -clear iCloud- blocked status (green status).

(I have an IMEI if it is needed)

I already buying and waiting yet; the baseband eprom, baseband cpu, lower and upper A9 CPU.

The question is:

I really need to change the HHD U1500 NAND flash too?

It is, by any chance, the possibility to ‘reflash it’ before using iTunes (or other), or the flash HHD NAND have a kind of original production serial number low level writing on, related to the block too?

Thank you very much to you all.

This is an extremely difficult task you are going to try.

So you have purchased all the parts from an iCloud unlocked board except for the NAND which you are going to use from the locked board? The IMIE number you say you have will have to be from the parts you are buying right?

You will need a NAND programmer.

·         Format the Nand

·         Manually input the IMIE number and serial number

·         Input colour

·         Input region

·         Unbind WIFI

Now write that to the nand. After reassembly connect to iTunes and you are done. Good luck.

Thank you for the usefully answer Chris Stables.

yes.

No, I mean only to check the -green status- of the iCloud locked phone if needed, indeed.

Now write that to the nand. After reassembly connect to iTunes and you are done. Good luck.

To have a NAND programer will be excellent, I really want one :) , I'm trying to buy one for future fixes…

I'm thinking, based on your usefully answer that buy a new pre-programed NAND will be mandatory.

Thank you very much Chris.
