Hi guys, I got an Asus Scar III and the keyboard lights disappear when I don't have power. Is there a way to stop this? Also, the AURA pattern changes by itself, very annoying as I just want it on the one patter. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You could try starting the computer in "Safe Mode" and see if the problem persists. If it doesn't happen then, it may well be a software problem or some from something else that is on the system that shouldn't be.
You can also try to change power settings from balanced to high performance and see if it fixes the keyboard issue.

Hi. I own a Scar ii, and I faced similar problems when I got it. Try this - go to the Aura app supported by your laptop and go to the settings. Then turn off the options called sleep and shut down

yeah me too, i need to open armoury crate to turn on the light everytime. But the problem is like this:when i leave the computer for a few moment the light and screen will turned off, but when i move the mouse for example, the screen is back on but not for the keyboard lightning
