Looking for the rubber covers that sit over the screw holes on the screen that the screen screws screw into?

I think you're talking about these rubber sleeves that go over the bezel mounts for the bottom screws?
I've done a good search and I cannot locate any replacements online. You shouldn't worry too much about them as they are not critical to the phone functionality in any way. I've replaced LCD assemblies on many of these iPhones without these rubber boots and have had no problems at all.
