Phone is acting weird after screen replacement

So I got my phone screen and back camera fixed last week, and ever since I got it back it has been acting weird, For starters, Touch ID won’t work. Every time I try to set it up it says unable to complete setup or something like that. Also FaceTime won’t work at all. It just says authenticating forever. Finally I have this weird iQT app now and from what I understand I shouldn’t have that. Any help would be very appreciated

I recommend taking your phone back to the repairer. Get them to remove there app and disassemble the phone then assemble it correctly. Ring them and tell them the problems you are having.
