Is it possible to separate the digitizer from the frame (still usable)

So my phone is Lg g2 Korea (f320) with broken screen but I have lg d800 screen (new with frame). The digitizer of these model are the same but the frame is not(the battery design is not the same). So I want to extract the digitizer from d800 and use it on my phone. How could I do that?

Yes, this is possible although is slightly risky.

Where should I place the double tape? Does heating it again after put them together help stick them?
