i frequently leave screws out when repairing and checking screens. my own phone had none where you describe for weeks before i remembered! try power and home buttons pressed at same time for 10 seconds, release buttons and allow to reboot. also try a wall charger for an hour..just incase the battery is dead.

I don't see a missing screw preventing you from turning your phone on, Apple is pretty touch on their security but I doubt they'd go that far. Why did you originally disassemble the phone? Did the phone have any other issues before you took it apart? Did you try disassembling again and making sure you re-attached all the electrical connections?
If you're certain your phone is assembled properly, I could potentially see the case not being held in the proper position to make a contact somewhere, try switching the screw you do have to the other position and see if that changes anything.
Have you tried recharging it?

The two outside of the iPhone Bottom Screws are not necessary for the iPhone to function properly.
Connect the iPhone to iTunes, is it recognized by iTunes? If yes, then the iPhone is on and functioning. Try a Reset, hold both Home and Power buttons until the iPhone restarts.
If iTunes recognizes your iPhone but the LCD screen is not working it is either bad or loose from the logic board (Flex Cable #1).
