It's very very doubtful. You would need to much more specific as to which machine you are are working with. Next go look at the logic boards of each machine. Spend a whole lot of time trying to figure out if it will work, then just get the correct case. It's even hard to exchange parts with in the same models with the exception of the magsafe board.
