Just replaced a cracked screen on my iPhone 6S Plus. Now the proximity sensor doesn’t work. A Google search says this isn’t unusual. Anybody come up with a fix?

Did you transfer over the original Prox sensor or did the screen come with one pre-installed?
If you transferred it, then you may have damaged the flex. You will need to get a replacement flex. If the screen had one pre-installed, it’s not uncommon for them to be defective as suppliers tend to put lower quality flexes in screens. It’s always better to transfer over the original flex.
