How to fix Thin horizontal lines?

Hi I have a Panasonic Viera TC-L47E50 it has developed thin horizon lines in the entire screeen. This lines are not visible unless you get close to the tv or are actually looking for the lines on the seating position . Lines are visible in all inputs
