Sharp Model: LC-70LE600U Bottom part of screen starting to turn colors

Sharp 70 inch Tv bottom part of the screen starting to change as if the contrast has been adjusted. This only goes about a quarter of the way up while the rest of the screen is fine. Would this be due to the T-con or inverter boards?
