A1502 820-4924A BOARD no turn on..but orange and green light is good!

I checked voltage all around ISL6259. so replaced Isl6259 and register, condencer.

then I checked there's good voltage onewire, SMBUS_CHGR_SDA,R7120,devider register line.. so on

the part’s is good voltage. but if i tried to put current then FET and dioad is dead.

Now When I remove the fuse F7140 , there is a voltage of about 16.7v on the 1pin of F7140 . I affraid of connecting the F7140 because of deaded again.

already i tried all i can do!!!

I ask Why there is not a 12.6v? Where i check? it is important to me solving this one. Please help me
