My Infinix x554 doesn't start nor charge, But detected by Computer.

My device stopped working and can’t charge. When I test the potential between terminals when one pin is connected to the battery(say, +ve bat connected to phone and meter to -ve bat and -ve phone terminal), I get some 2.x volts.

When I connect to my computer, with or without the battery - just the board via USB, it indicates “Communication device“, on expanding detail, it shows “0e8d:0003 mediated inc. MT6227 phone“.

I removed the power key and soldered wires expecting some response but nothing showed.
